MARRIAGE: Certified copy of marriage certificates in possession of Judith Rittenhouse, 2434 E. Contessa, Mesa, AZ 85213.

DEATH: Death date obtained by Corinne Tyner Foster from Viva's daughter June.

TEMPLE WORK: Initiatory work and endowment work for Viva performed by grandniece Judith Rittenhouse on 3 March 1992 at the Arizona Temple. Judith was also proxy for her mother Sarah Ann Cupp when Kay Hoxsie served as proxy for Viva to seal her to her parents. George Hoxsie served as proxy for James McDonald Tyner.

MEMORY: of Viva Tyner while living.

RESIDENCE: Viva Tyner Nutt lived at 509 Ballard St., Kennett, MO.

BIRTH-PARENTS: James McDonald Tyner and Sarah Ann (Cupp) Tyner Family Bible; 1861-1971; Bible publ 1870, New York, New York, USA; in poss of Maggie Mae Potter, Jonesboro, AR on June 6, 1977;NOTE: Viewed and compiled on June 6, 1977 in Jonesboro, AR, by Elizabeth Rittenhouse Lamb, Greenwood, MS; her record in possession of Judith Rittenhouse, 2434 E. Contessa St., Mesa, AZ 85213 on July 31, 1996. (Bible later in possession of Viva Demetra Tyner Nutt, Kennett, MO, until her death in 1989.) Some of the date of her birth was torn off; Bible gives "...day 1904" and in another handwriting whole date is gone.

BURIAL: Tyner Plot, Jonesboro, Arkansas 10 Oct. 1989. Her first husband Leonard is supposedly buried there also. Need to check this out.

1900 CENSUS: Says that Olive Rittenhouse is 23 years old, born Apr 1877 in Missouri, single, deputy court clerk and living in McCook, Red Willow, Nebraska in the home of her mother Louise Rittenhouse.

FAMILY BIBLE: The family Bible of James Rittenhouse I is in the possession of Judith Rittenhouse, 2434 E. Contessa St., Mesa, AZ 85213.

PAPERS: Many papers in possession of Judith Rittenhouse. Bulk of his papers are in possession of his great grandson David Ellison.

DEATH: He died in an automobile accident. One newspaper account says near Hugo and another says near Durant.

BURIAL: Fairlawn Cemetery.

1900 CENSUS: Says that George B. Rittenhouse is 21 years old, born Dec 1878 in Nebraska, single, at school and living in McCook, Red Willow, Nebraska in the home of his mother Louise Rittenhouse.

DEATH: Funeral Card in possession of Judith Rittenhouse, 2434 E. Contessa St., Mesa, AZ 85213. States: Died May M. Rittenhouse. May, 23, 1904. Funeral from West Ninth Street Residence at 3:30 o'clock, May 24th. Friends of family invited. Photograph of her buried with her father is from Oak Park Cemetery. See Austin James Rittenhouse, I.
