EDUCATION: Corrine attended Paragould High School from which she graduated in 1926. Graduated with B. S. in Education in 1934 from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas and in 1956 from Arizona State University with M. A.
PROFESSION: Taught in Wynne, Arkansas, from 1936-1940 in Shawnee School, Joiner. Taught in Phoenix, Arizona, at Isaac Elementary School and was Curriculum Coordinator for grades 4-6 from 1947-1974.
ORGANIZATIONS: Corinne works in the Salvation Army Auxiliary. She likes to play the card game Bridge. She is a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Honorary Teaching Group where she served as president for two year. She is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honorary Educational Fraternity; Pi Gamma Mu Honorary Social Studies Fraternity; and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship.
RELIGION: Member of First Presbyterian Church, Phoenix, Arizona.

BIRTH YEAR: On 28 September 2004 Connie told Judith Rittenhouse that she had not received a birth certificate when she was born, nor had her sister Bernice. At some point the sisters each needed one and Connie's came back wrong, starting she was born in 1909. They didn't know they could change it and didn't do anything about it. She decided to set the record straight after all these years. She was born in 1908 rather than 1909.
FUNERAL: Funeral held 2 p.m. Thursday at Bethany Bible Church 6060 N. 7th Ave. Directly behind A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary 710 West Bethany Home Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85013. Obituary on Wed. in Arizona Republic.

Survivors include wife Corinne; one dau; one son; one stepson; one sister; 9 grandchildren; 6 great gdchildren. Services Wed. (Feb. 14) at Grimshaw Bethany Chapel. Contributions: Hospice of the Valley."
Judith Rittenhouse was too sick during that time to go to visitation or funeral. Vernon was Director for Training Program of State Contractors.
BIRTH-DEATH: Social Security Death Index lists birth on 31 Oct 1904 in Pittsburg, Laurel, KY, and death on 8 Feb 1990. State of residence at time of death was in Maricopa Co., AZ 85021 (85021 is zip code for Phoenix, Maricopa, AZ). Soc ial security number was 527-05-8830.
BAPTISM & ENDOWMENT: Judith Rittenhouse had these performed at the Arizona Temple in 1992. They were later repeated in the Ogden Temple with baptism in 3 Oct 1997 and endowment 11 Mar 1998; and Sealing to Parents on 11 Mar 1999 in the Jordan River Temple.
DEATH: Grishaw Funeral Home on Bethany Home Road arranged the funeral services.
