     Note:   Hayden stated that as John W. and Lucinda Barnes Tyner moved from Tennessee to Arkansas, they got Typhoid Fever and four children died - 3 boys and one girl. The children John, W.C., and "Doc" Tyner moved to Texas.

BIRTH: James McDonald Tyner & Sarah Ann (Cupp) Tyner Family Bible copied by Elizabeth R. Lamb gives birthplace as Benton Co., TN, which was not formed until 1835 from Henry, Humphrey & Stewart Counties. She was probably born in Stewart Co., Tenn., where her parents lived in the 1820 census.

BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery, Greene Co., Arkansas.

RESIDENCES: 1820 census in Stewart Co., TN; 1830 census in McNairy Co., TN; 1850, 1860 & 1870 censuses in Benton Co., TN; moved about 1871 to Greene Co., AR, where living in 1880 census. Descendants of the Barnes family living in late 1970's in Holladay, Benton Co., TN, say that the Barneses moved back and forth between Stewart and Benton Counties, TN, to McNairy Co., TN, and Tishomingo Co., MS. The Tyners moved with them. See Tyner Traveling Notebook in possession of Judith Lamb Rittenhouse-4 or 5 Tyner children died of Typhoid Fever during the move to Arkansas.

Tyner as "Lucindy Tyner Was ornd...july the 27 day 1824 and died february the 12 day 1885" underneath her husband's entry. Only J. W. Tyner and Lucindy Tyner are listed on their page in the Bible. (Susan Lamb Griffith noted that Lucinda died on 11 Feb 1885.

birthdate of 28 Dec 1853.

TEMPLE WORK: Bapt, endw, & seal cleared for Arizona Temple. Thomas Tucker performed the baptism on August 11, 1978. GMF # 004-6611-112 S/N 00049; reference 7817101 17.

DEATH: Death and marriage information from above Tyner Family Bible.

BURIAL: Computer note says buried in 100F Cemetery. This is also given by Jeane Spain in Tyner Tymes 1991, Section 4. ERL book The Record of My Ancestry has burial in Farmsville Texas.

CHILDREN: In 1977 Dock Tyner had some children in Esteline, Hall, Texas. Tom and Frank are dead; Frank died near Esteline. Tom died in Farmersville.

MARRIAGE: In Tyner Tymes, 1991, Jeanne Spain states they were married on 27 Sep 1877 in Paragould, Clark Township, Greene, Arkansas.
