BIRTH: Family Ordinance Record gives birth as 6 Feb 1820 in Tennessee.

NEED TO CHECK: GA Bandy's letter reports that Smith Martin married Caroline Frazier of TIpton Co., Tennessee. Further the 1860 Tipton Co., TN, census lists S M. Bandy, age 32, as head of household with C. F., age 28. My guess is that these are Smith Martin and Caroline, even though the age listed for S. M. is off by 8 years.
