     BIRTH CERTIFICATES: Certified Copy from Minnesota Department of Health dated October 7, 1985, inpossession of Judith Rittenhouse (Mottley) 2434 E. CONTESSA, MESA, AZ 85213. Birth certificate is for a white female with no name given on Nov. 14 in Liberty, Beltrami, MN. Her father is listed as David LeFevre, age 45, a farmer, and born in Canada; her mother was listed as Sine, age 41, and born in "Nor." According to the death obituary of Sina Selma, she was 47 years old when Doris was born. This certified copy says "evidence indicates that the above was filed circa November, 1903." (No certificate number is given.)

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE No. 182122 in Pierce Co., WA, for Doris Campbell to James Tague on 10 Apr 1971. Gives Doris Marie Campbell of Tacoma, WA, born in Beltrami Co., MN, and aged 65 at last birthday. Gives James Tague born in Oakland, Ill., age 49. Witnesses: Charles F. Jopket and Emma Trumpaitis.

GRAVE: Judith Rittenhouse visited her gravesite in Mt. View Cem., Tacoma, WA: Doris M. Tague, 14 Nov 1903-27 Feb 1982, Grave 9, Lot 68, Laurel Section.

OBITUARY: Could not locate obituary for Doris in Tacoma Papers.

DEATH CERTIFICATE no. 146-8 in Pierce Co., WA, on 27 Feb. 1982 gives Doris M. Tague as 78 on her last birthday and her birthdate as Nov. 14, l903 in Minnesota. Died in Chehalis at St. Helen's Hospital in Pierce Co., WA. Residence was P. O. Box l54, Mineral, Lewis, WA 98355. Father's name David LeFevre and mother Unknown. Burial 4 Mar. l982 at Mt. View Memorial Park, 4l00 Steilacoom Blvd. S. W., Tacoma, WA. 98499. She died as a consequence of cerebrovascular arteriosclerosis.

Doris' father's obituary stated in l950 that he had a daughter Mrs. Dora Mottley of Tacoma in addition to several stepchildren.

1900 CENSUS: Liberty Township, Beltrami, MN, gives David LeFevre and wife Sina with Anderson children, Pete A., John F., Anna M.S., Bada (should be Bertha) M.P. and Pearl S.O. Dist. 6, Enum. Dist. 32, Sheet 4, Line Page 82, dwelling 89, family 89.

1930 U. S. Federal Census : Washington. Pierce. Tacoma. Ward 5. 1420 G. St. South (lookes like "G"), Dwelling 80, family 97: Raymond S. Mottley. son, M, W, age 3-10/12, single, he and father born in Washington and mother in Minnesota.

MARRIAGE: Married and divorced "EDITH." Still alive in Feb 1996 around time that his brother David passed away. David's wife Judith Rittenhouse spoke to Raymond and his sister Phyllis during January and February 1996.

DEATH: Place of death and state of birth from Social Security Death Index on 10 Jul 2006.

~SEALING TO PARENTS: Ted Carpenter, Judith Rittenhouse, and April Tucker attended the sealing session and were able to personally do half of the women. We were there as the others were done with Ted being a witness.

     MARRIAGE: David Mottley married Sandy Hilstad when he was about 37 years old. They lived together about one month before separating. They never divorced. Sandy died about 10 years later. Sandra's mother's address: Anna Hilstad, 797 Northwest Finn Hill Rd., Paulsbo, WA 98370.

BURIAL: Sandra was cremated.

Death certificate of Percival Mottley lists his father as George W. Mottley; information given by David Mottley around 1 April 1971.
